The apartment gets one off street parking space but there is no parking problem here as there is lots of on street parking. Students love taking the bus which stops one block away and runs every 15 minutes to CU. This is a mixed neighborhood with students and families -so the best fit would be for a group looking for a really nice, spacious, and quiet place.
