gets one off street parking space but there is no parking problem here
as there is lots of on street parking. Students love taking the bus
which stops a block away and runs every 15 minutes to CU. This is a
mixed neighborhood with students and families -so the best fit would be
for a group looking for a really nice, spacious, and quiet place.
